cCome on in guys. Take a good look around you, cause this is your new competition for the next 39 days. Welcome to Vietnam. I'm going to divide you into your tribes now. I know you think you divided yourself based on what numbers you picked, but that's not how its going to be. There is a lot of emphasis on respect for elders in Vietnamese cultures, so there are going to be four tribes: the four youngest men, the four youngest women, the four oldest men, and the four oldest women. The middle man & woman will not have a tribe until after the first Tribal Council. So here are the ages of everybody from the time they filmed their season.

Now, those Elite Survivor veterans know I like to add in a twist every season, so without further delay, I'm going to explain the twist that will dominate the pre-merge. Vietnam had a very long dynastic era that was a predominant part of its history. Each tribe will have an Emperor/Empress, whom will be decided after the first Challenge (based upon their individual effort.) When a tribe goes to Tribal Council, the Emperor/Empress will pick one of the other three castaways on their tribe to go against them at Tribal Council. Then, all of the other players will vote ether the Emperor/Empress or their target to be voted off. Pretty simple right? Well you guys can go ahead & get with your tribes. Confessionals will try to be up soon as well.
